• Renewal fee can be paid at any time or up to 6 months after the expiry date.

 

 

• The first renewal fee for a patent is due 1 year from the date of grant and for a Utility Innovation is due2 years from the date of grant (kindly refer schedule fee).

 

 

• The renewal fee is non-refundable.
