• Owner may apply for the reinstatement within 24 months from date of lapsed patent in the Warta Kerajaan.

 

 

• The request can be made by submitting Form 5E together with fees of RM140 accompanied by a written explanation for non-payment of annual fee.

 

 

• The approval is subject to Section 35A of the Malaysian Patents Act 1983.
