• Owner may apply for restoration within 1 year from the date of lapsed industrial design published in MyIPO IP Official Journal.

 

 

• The request can be made by submitting Form ID3 together with fee RM800 and accompanied by a writtenstatement supporting the request in the form of a Statutory Declaration.

 

 

• The approval is subject to Section 26 of Malaysia Industrial Designs Act 1996.
