• If the renewal fees are not paid 1 year after the expiry date, the Registrar shall remove the trade mark from Register.

 

 

• However, if the registered proprietor or his authorized agent wishes to restore the Trade Mark, he must submit form TM14 together with fee RM930 within 1 year from the expiry date and the approval is subject to Registrar’s discretion.

 

 

 

     Helpful Hint:  Kindly be advised, a trademark registration will be removed after 1 year from the    

     expiry date and cannot be restored.
